Kadabra isn't evolving because it requires a trade to evolve into Alakazam. In the Pokémon games, Kadabra evolves into Alakazam when traded to another player. Without being traded, Kadabra will remain in its current form. This trade evolution mechanic is unique to certain Pokémon species, and Kadabra is one of them. **

To evolve Kadabra into Alakazam, you need to trade it to another player. Once Kadabra is traded, it will evolve into Alakazam. Make sure the other player trades Kadabra back to you if you want to keep Alakazam in your own game. Trading is the only way to evolve Kadabra into Alakazam in most Pokémon games. **

In Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire (ORAS), Kadabra evolves into Alakazam through trade. When you trade Kadabra to another player, it will evolve into Alakazam as soon as the trade is completed. This is the same evolution method as in previous Pokemon games, and it allows Kadabra to evolve into its powerful final form, Alakazam. **

It is recommended to evolve your Kadabra as soon as possible, as it will learn more powerful moves and have higher stats as an Alakazam. Evolving it earlier will also allow it to gain more experience and level up faster, making it more useful in battles. Additionally, evolving Kadabra earlier will give you access to Alakazam's abilities and strengths sooner in the game. **

In Pokémon Diamond, Kadabra does not obey because its level is too high for the player's current number of gym badges. In the Pokémon games, traded Pokémon above a certain level will not obey the player unless they have a sufficient number of gym badges. This is to prevent players from obtaining high-level Pokémon early in the game and easily overpowering opponents. Once the player earns more gym badges, Kadabra will eventually obey the player's commands. **

Playing against a grandmaster in chess can be an incredibly challenging and intimidating experience. Grandmasters are among the best players in the world, with a deep understanding of the game and exceptional strategic skills. It is important to approach the game with humility and a willingness to learn, as playing against a grandmaster can provide valuable insights and opportunities for improvement. While the odds of winning may be slim, the experience of facing off against a grandmaster can be a valuable learning opportunity and a memorable experience for any chess enthusiast. **

In the original Pokémon games, Kadabra can be evolved into Alakazam without trading by using a specific method. One way to evolve Kadabra is to use a special item called the "Link Cable" in the game. By using the Link Cable, Kadabra can be traded with another player's game, and then immediately traded back. This will trigger the evolution of Kadabra into Alakazam without the need for a traditional trade. **
